Hi, my name is Patricia Baker and I am fundraising for my niece, Terri Lynne Basile.

Terri is stricken with worry and anxiety as she tries to navigate grief and pain. On January 26, 2022, Terri lost her husband Charlie due to a massive stroke. While it is heartbreaking enough to have lost her soulmate, Terri cannot focus on the grieving process due to financial hardship and the loss of the family’s primary income (Charlie).

Their financial situation was already bad prior to his passing due to him being laid off a few years ago- which caused them to fall behind on all their bills.

While Terri does have a job at a dollar store, she has been unable to work due to having Covid and Charlie being in the hospital. Needless to say, the bills have again piled up, but this time they won’t stop.

There is no life insurance at all, and now Terri finds herself in the situation where she must choose between paying her bills or purchasing groceries and putting gas in her car to get to work. It won’t be long before the medical bills begin to pile up as well.

Without help, Terri will not be able to make payments on her mortgage, and is at risk of losing her home.
