Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for a little help for my son, Terrance. He’s been working so hard on his education, and while his tuition is covered through student loans, the extra costs for housing and books are more than we can handle right now.

This is actually Terrance’s second try at college. The first time, he had earned a full-ride scholarship, but life took an unexpected turn when he fell and tore his MCL, ACL, and meniscus. It took nearly two years of recovery before he could even think about returning. Now, he’s back and determined to succeed, no matter what.

Recently, Terrance earned his bartender’s license and has been actively looking for work, but hasn’t had any luck so far. He’s doing everything he can to stand on his own two feet, but until that happens, I’m hoping to rally some extra support.

As his mom, I’ve always believed it takes a village to raise and support a child. Our immediate family, his village, has already given everything we can, and his dad, James, and bonus mom, Angie, have also stepped in to help. We’ve truly tapped out our resources, so I’m reaching out to extend his village a bit further.

Any donation, no matter how small, will make a big difference in helping Terrance stay housed and equipped with the books he needs to keep pushing forward. If you aren’t able to give, sharing this with others would mean so much too.
