My name is Teri Clarke and I am in need of your help.

In April, our vehicle, a 2003 Chevy Silverado that we've had extensive work on now needs a brand new transmission. Because of the scope and cost of the work, we decided it's best we find a new-to-us vehicle, especially since Florida is not a walking-convenient state.

We have found a vehicle (a 2016 Toyota Tacoma) that will meet our needs while potentially lasting us a long time, but we need your help putting the down payment together. We only need $2500 in order to drive it home. The total cost of the vehicle is $8,000.

As some of you know, my partner is severely underemployed and I am still a freelance editor and authenticity reader which has not been very lucrative. The goal will cover the down payment and the first payment while we get ourselves on our feet.
