Help Teresa & Terry Get Closer to Family

I’m writing this on behalf of two very special people, Teresa and Terry.

If you’ve ever had the chance to know them, you know they are the kind of people who would show up for you without hesitation—no matter the time, no matter the circumstance. For over 30 years, they faithfully pastored small churches, dedicating their lives to serving others. They have sat with people in hospitals, prayed with families in crisis, and quietly carried others through some of life’s hardest moments.

They are not people who ask for help.

In fact, that’s what makes this so hard.

Over the past few years, Teresa and Terry’s health has declined, and daily life has become increasingly difficult. The things many of us take for granted—getting to appointments, managing everyday responsibilities—have become overwhelming. They are doing everything they can to support each other, but they are both struggling.

Right now, their greatest hope is to relocate to Florida to be closer to their family.

Their family wants to be there for them—to help care for them, support them, and simply be near them during this season of life. And Teresa and Terry want nothing more than to be close to the people they love most. Being near family would bring them comfort, stability, and peace during a time that has been anything but easy.

But the reality is, they cannot do this alone.

Medical expenses have been piling up, and Teresa is now losing her part-time job, which has been an important source of income. Between the cost of relocating and their basic living needs, the financial burden has become overwhelming.

So I’m asking for them—because I know they wouldn’t ask for themselves.
