I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my Aunt Teresa and her husband, my Uncle John.

Recently, Teresa was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and has required intensive medical care. While she continues to fight in the ICU, her recovery is ongoing and uncertain. During this time, her husband has remained at the hospital, rarely leaving her side, as she needs constant care and advocacy.

Because of this, John has been unable to work consistently, and everyday responsibilities have quickly become overwhelming. Between mounting medical bills, travel, meals, and regular household expenses like utilities, insurance, and rent/mortgage, the financial strain has grown rapidly.

We are raising funds to help with:

• Hospital and medical bills not covered by insurance

• Regular household bills and necessities

• Ongoing care needs as Teresa continues her recovery

ICU care costs can run thousands of dollars per day. With Teresa now on day 8 (Day 1 - 12/22) and still requiring intensive treatment, we’re hoping to raise these funds to help cover ICU charges, medical bills, insurance gaps, and related household expenses while her husband stays by her side.
