Help Telana Retire. Due to heart surgery & COVID

In November of 2020 I contracted COVID-19 Pneumonia. I was hospitalized and placed on oxygen. I thought I had recovered after two weeks in the hospital, only to discover that the COVID virus had attacked my heart causing severe damage to the aortic valve. I then in December of 2020 had to have open heart surgery to replace the aortic valve, because the COVID virus had severely damaged that valve. Since the open heart surgery I have been under the care of my cardiologist and my  pulmonologist.  I am also going to cardiac rehabilitation.  I also have to under go numerous heart and lung tests on a ongoing basis.
All of this has made it virtually impossible to continue my teaching profession. 
This donation will help me to buy back 3 years of teaching service from the late 1980's and be able to retire. I need these funds no later than April 19, 2021 in order to meet the 21 day deadline my state teachers retirement system has given me.  If you are willing to help me with this I will be truly grateful for this assistance. As I cannot do it alone.
