Hi Everyone!

Thanks for stopping by and considering your support for Tegan. My name is Shawna and I am asking for help on behalf of my amazing daughter, Tegan. Tegan is a junior at Twinfield High School in Plainfield, Vermont. She has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in a six-week student exchange program in Denmark! This incredible experience will not only enhance Tegan's education but also provide her with cultural insights and personal growth that will last a lifetime. However, we need your help to make this dream a reality.

About Tegan:

Tegan is a bright, enthusiastic student who has always shown a passion for learning and exploring new cultures. She is actively involved in her school's basketball team, mentoring program, and Model U.N. She is dedicated to her communities, having volunteered to support flood survivors, even as she endured her own hardships. This exchange program will allow her to immerse herself in Danish culture, improve her language skills, and build friendships that transcend borders.

The Opportunity:

The exchange program includes:

- Attending classes at a Danish high school

- Participating in cultural activities and excursions

- Staying with a host family to experience daily life in Denmark

This program is designed to broaden students' perspectives and equip them with skills that will benefit them in their future endeavors.

Funding Needs:

While Tegan is fortunate to have teachers that are working to fundraise for all of the students, there are still significant expenses that fall on the families, such as airfare, insurance, and other travel costs. The total needed is $1,800.
