Help Teemo, Mallissa's Beloved Cat

Hi, my name is Jared MacDonald. I work for a medical company in Salt Lake City. My friend and coworker Mallissa has one of the sweetest and nicest cats I have ever met. His name is Teemo. She asked me recently if I thought she was a good cat mom, and I told her that Teemo must have saved a kid from a burning building in his past life to be worthy of living in her home. She couldn't love him more, and the support he provides in return is so important for her. Recently, he has gotten very sick, and over the last six months he went from being perfectly healthy to becoming gaunt and skinny. The vet needs to run some tests, but it will cost a few thousand just to find out what is wrong. Mallissa has already been doing mad amounts of overtime and going into debt to try and treat him.
