For 39 years, Teegan has been the strongest, most selfless person I’ve ever known. She’s faced more in her life than most could imagine, losing both of her parents by the age of 16 to tragic circumstances. Despite the heartbreak, Teegan never let life defeat her. She’s always been a fighter—a bright light who has given her heart to everyone around her, never asking for anything in return.

But now, Teegan needs our help.

Just days before she was set to marry the love of her life, Teegan was dealt an unimaginable blow: a cancer diagnosis. On top of the emotional devastation, she now faces an intense treatment plan that begins this Monday, including daily chemo and radiation sessions. The cancer center is over an hour from her home, meaning long, exhausting drives every day as she fights for her life.

To make matters worse, Teegan is unable to work during this time. As a bartender, her income relied heavily on tips, and losing this income has left her in an incredibly vulnerable financial position. The mounting costs of travel, and basic living expenses have become overwhelming.

Teegan has always been the first to lend a hand, the first to lift others up, and now she needs us to lift her. No one should have to fight cancer while worrying about how to keep a roof over their head or gas in their car.
