Teddy is my dog, and he means everything to me and my family. Not long ago, my grandparents rescued him, hoping to give him a loving home. None of us knew that Teddy had a serious problem with his knees. Just recently, he tore both of his ACLs, and now he needs surgery to have any chance at a normal, happy life.

The cost of the surgery is more than we can afford. My grandparents love Teddy dearly, and he’s been such a good companion to them, but there’s no way they have the money for this kind of emergency. If we can’t get him the help he needs, we may have to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down. The thought of losing my soul dog is more than I can bear.
