Our hearts are overflowing with love for our son, Theodore, our little Teddy, who made his grand entrance into the world much earlier than expected at 28 weeks, weighing just 3.3 precious pounds. He is our tiny but mighty hero. In addition to being a preemie, our sweet Teddy was also born with a cleft lip and palate. As we hold him close and marvel at his strength, we are also grappling with the financial realities of the specialized care he requires, including upcoming surgeries to repair his cleft lip and palate, as well as potential feeding therapies to ensure he gets all the nourishment he needs to grow strong. As a single-income family with his mama staying home to care for him, a significant portion of the funds raised will also go towards the cost of transportation to and from his numerous medical appointments and therapies.
