Teddy has been a part of my life for 12 years now—he’s not just our pet, but truly a member of our family. He’s loving, playful, and has always been there for me, especially during my toughest moments. When I struggled with severe anxiety, Teddy could sense my anxiety attacks before I even could, and he would comfort me through them. His gentle presence and unconditional love have made a huge difference in my life.

Recently, Teddy has started experiencing serious medical issues. On December 24, he had to go to the emergency room because he pooped blood. He was treated and seemed fine for about a month, but now he has started pooping blood again. In addition, he may have a urinary tract infection that’s causing his prostate to swell, and there’s a possibility he could have diabetes. The vet has recommended a full blood panel, a prostate exam, and an x-ray to get to the bottom of what’s going on. Teddy also needs to be neutered as part of his treatment plan. The cost for all of these procedures is more than I can afford on my own, and I’m reaching out for help so Teddy can get the care he needs.

Teddy loves going on walks, car rides, and trips to the beach where he plays with other dogs. He’s also a wonderful companion to his brother Leo, our cat. I’m doing everything I possibly can to help my best friend live a few more happy years with us.
