Teddy is our energetic and playful 3-year-old French bulldog, and he’s truly a part of our family. He seems to understand everything we say and do, always following us around the house with his affectionate, loving, and sometimes clingy personality. Over the past year, Teddy has faced more health challenges than any pet should, but his resilience and strength have inspired us every day.

In November, Teddy had to undergo emergency surgery to remove kidney stones that were blocking his urethra. It was a terrifying experience, but the surgery saved him from a ruptured bladder. We managed to pay for this first surgery by maxing out a credit card. Now, just a couple of months later, Teddy is facing the same issue again. Although we managed to find enough money to have the stones pushed back into his bladder for now, it’s only a matter of time before they block his urethra again. We’ve tried applying for more credit to pay for the second surgery, but haven’t been approved. Watching Teddy struggle to pee and grunt in pain every day is heartbreaking, especially since he remains so loving and energetic despite everything he’s going through.

The funds raised will go directly toward Teddy’s upcoming surgery to remove the kidney stones and help him live pain-free. I know it’s a lot to ask, especially in this economy, and many of us aren’t in a position to help. If you can, please share Teddy’s story with anyone who might be able to help.
