Hi, my name is Hope, and I’m reaching out for help for my sweet cat, Ted.

Teddy is not just my pet - he is my family, my constant companion, and my comfort through everything. Over the years, I have cared for him through chronic constipation issues, medication trials, special diets, and countless vet visits. I’ve always done whatever it takes to keep him safe and comfortable.

This diagnosis was completely unexpected. What started as worsening symptoms and appetite changes turned into multiple veterinary visits and, ultimately, a diagnosis of Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) - a serious and life-threatening illness.

We immediately began an 84-day antiviral treatment protocol, which gives him a real chance at recovery. I have already covered over $4,000 for the emergency visit and the first portion of his medication, but he still needs approximately $607 for the remainder of his medication through Stokes Pharmacy, along with several follow-up appointments and bloodwork to monitor his progress throughout treatment.

Teddy is gentle, loving, and deeply bonded to me. When I’m overwhelmed, he curls up beside me. When he isn’t feeling well, I stay by his side. He trusts me completely, and I am committed to doing everything I can to give him the long, healthy life he deserves.
