Help Ted Pechie with Life-Saving Treatment
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
We are reaching out to you with an urgent plea for support for our dear friend, Ted Pechie, a devoted husband and father of nine wonderful children. Ted and his family reside in The Plains, Virginia, where he worked tirelessly as a railroad worker until life took an unexpected turn. Recently, Ted was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, a devastating blow that led to him not being able to fulfill his job requirements.
Ted's battle with cancer is particularly challenging because his immune system rejects the standard chemotherapy treatments. As a result, he must travel to M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas, every two weeks to receive a specialized chemotherapy treatment. This treatment is crucial as it targets the rapidly growing tumors that have metastasized to his liver.
These frequent trips to Houston have placed an immense financial burden on Ted’s family. Despite these hardships, Ted remains a pillar of strength and hope for his family.
We are reaching out to you, our community, to ask for your help. Your generous contributions will go directly towards covering the costs of Ted's medical treatments, travel expenses, and supporting his family's day-to-day needs during this incredibly difficult time.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in Ted's fight against cancer and help alleviate the financial strain on his family. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with your network to help us reach as many people as possible.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support. Together, we can make a difference in Ted's life and give him the strength to keep fighting.
With heartfelt gratitude,
