Hi, my name is Dana McWhorter & my brother is Scott Meadows. We are fundraising for our cousin Ted Meadows son of Charles & Jenny Meadows, and grandson of Theodore & Madelle Meadows of Reeltown.

Ted became sick in October of 2020 and after several test and hospital stays was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in March 2021. Ted has under gone 9 chemo treatments, and has had to have several stents replaced to keep his bile duct opened. Ted will have two more chemo treatments, and then will start chemo / radiation everyday.

If the chemo/ radiation will shrink the tumor enough to release the main artery , then they will perform a Whipple Procedure to remove the tumor. This surgery is very intense. Everyone knows that the cost of out of pocket expenses add up very quickly, and medicine is not cheap either.
