I want to introduce you to my best friend, Ted. For everyone who knows him, you know how he never sits still. He has no “lazy days”. He is always going somewhere or doing something new. Traveling, in all of its varieties, is a deep love of his. Now he needs our help. Ted has pulmonary fibrosis. It’s a lung disease that is not able to be cured. Within 6 months he went from being diagnosed to being on oxygen 24 hours a day and not being able to go like he loves. If it’s more than 7 steps then he can’t breathe and has to stop. It’s a hard pill to swallow. He needs a wheelchair. We found one that is small and portable and he can take it on a plane. Insurance doesn’t cover it, and the reality is that he needs help. Ted has always been there for everyone in his circle….and it’s a big circle. Now the circle has the opportunity to repay that kindness. Please give…anything at all makes a difference.
