On July 13th, my best friend Ted and his partner Katie lost their twins during a preterm delivery. They had been so excited and eager for their babies to arrive later this year, and are now left picking up the pieces and moving forward with broken hearts.

I know a lot of you wish there was something you could do to help, but Ted and Katie are not ready to see anyone. The best way we can support them is to give them time and space, but also perhaps a few bucks to make their lives easier. The coming weeks and months will be very difficult for them, as everyday responsibilities like cooking and general housekeeping will feel impossible to accomplish.
