Help Tearl and Alice Fincher

If you know my grandparents, Tearl and Alice Fincher then you know how hard they have worked their whole lives providing for their family and providing for others. They are the most dedicated, dependable, and selfless people I know, and they deserve only the best in life.

If you know them, you also know how much my grandfather, Tearl, has been through with his health from dealing with hairy cell leukemia, surviving and overcoming Guillain-Barré syndrome, and so much more. He is a walking miracle and we thank God for him every day!

Recently, he suffered a fall which caused him to break his hip and require a hip replacement. He’s currently at Tanner Medical Center recovering from his surgery but needs rehabilitation for continuation of recovery. Insurance will not cover for him to go to a rehab facility or for a swing-bed in the hospital, so their only choice is to be sent home with limited home health services coming out to assist. This will be extremely difficult for them as my grandmother still needs to run their catering business that not only they but their customers rely on.

I wanted to start this fundraiser because I wanted to give back to the people who have always given everything. They are always there for our family and community and they don’t deserve to be denied the help they need. Funds will be given to Tearl and Alice to help cover any expenses they need assistance with during this time. Any amount is greatly appreciated as well as continued prayers for them as they navigate these tough times.
