︎WHAT: The Speed Project - Running from LA to LV️ ️️on foot (Shoes will be worn lol) ❗

︎WHERE: Starting at the pier in Santa Monica ending at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, this 340-mile relay takes us on a tenacious journey through the infamous Hollywood Hills, Death Valley, and ending in the glitz and glamour of Sin City, Las Vegas ️️.

︎WHEN: March Madness 2025❗

︎WHY: To represent BIG QUEENS, the most diverse borough ever. Imagine this headline, First Queens Run Crew to run from LA to LV - the WEPA way! Now…let's talk running. We're flipping the script on how we see running – no limits on shapes, sizes, or who shows up. It's all about the WEPA way: WORK. EXCEL. PERSEVERE. ACHIEVE – a life mantra to Always Keep it WEPA. We’re taking it from the streets and playgrounds of Queens, NYC to the palm trees of Los Angeles and the desert sands of Las Vegas️️️.

︎HOW: Running, Running and some more Running! The plan is to have 6 runners with 5 support crew trading off non-stop to see how fast they can get to the Las Vegas sign on foot!

Help us make it from "Big Queens" to the Start line! The funds will go towards all costs that may arise as we head from LA to LV to make this dream come true. Funds you donate will help us with team travel, accommodations, RV rental, support vehicle rental, food, and runner necessities. Whether it is $1 or $100, just know that We do it for Queens!
