Voxel is a student-run Bay Area engineering team building fully autonomous drones for the 2026 International Student Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) competition in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The challenge demands a drone that can take off, navigate complex waypoints, spot and classify ground targets with computer vision, and deliver a payload—all without human input.
We’re completely self-funded, and every donation brings us closer to flight. Your support will:
- Purchase critical hardware
- Cover manufacturing & test costs
- Send the whole team to competition – travel, shipping, and lodging so that students who designed the system can present it, fly it, and learn from the world’s best.
Backing Voxel fuels hands-on STEM education and breakthroughs that can translate to real-world engineering applications in disaster response, environmental monitoring, and precision agriculture. Help our drone—and the next generation of innovators—take off. Every dollar counts. Thank you for believing in us!
