Help Team Bowl of Sloop Race to Victory

Hello!

We are Team Bowl of Sloop, a group of four high schoolers from Orcas Island, in the San Juans. Captain Dagny Krüger, with crew Juliette McKenney, Orlando Ljubic, and Theo Johnston. We will compete in the Washington 360 this spring; a 360-mile race done entirely by sail, pedal, and paddle power. We will hopefully be sailing, although on light air days we may be found pedaling our sailboat...

We are fundraising in order to get our boat purchased and fixed up in time to race. We will need to reseal the hull-deck joint, patch up some sails, stop the leaks (we need to sink slowly enough to make it to the finish), and buy a new tiller.

Please help us continue chasing our dream of long-distance adventure racing! If we are able to race, we will be the youngest team to compete in this race! Team Captain also holds the record for the youngest skipper to complete the Race to Alaska, in 2024. Back again with a fresh group of driven youth sailors! Please help us make this goal a reality!
