Hi my name is Avery. I'm 24y/o I have spastic quadriplegia with a seizure disorder, I have a trach & am attached to a ventilator 24hrs a day. I'm in a wheelchair. I have various medical conditions that require nursing and regular doctor visits. A couple weeks ago my mom was evolved in a car accident in the wheelchair van and now my only form of transportation is wrecked. My mom needs help in raising the money to repair my wheelchair van. Until the wheelchair van is repaired its very difficult to make it to appts. As she is unable to lift me in and out of my wheelchair to get me in a vehicle without a lift. We are asking from the bottom of our hearts if in anyway you can bless me with your generous donations to help me reach my goal of getting my wheelchair van fixed.
