Help Te-Ahmo Starr and His Family
Donation protected

He has been in the trauma center since with no date yet on when he will be able to come home.
He has suffered two compound fractures in his left leg. His right wrist sustained significant ligament damage and he has multiple breaks in his fingers.
Thankfully and miraculously, he has no head, neck, or back injuries.
He had surgery on his leg last night and it went well, but is not expected to be able to walk again for at least 2-3 months. He will need many, many months of physical therapy.
He does not have health insurance.
His wife Julie is self-employed and Te-Ahmo also runs his own business, while taking care of their 2 year old son Isaiah full-time.
Their lives have just been altered in unimaginable ways.
Te-Ahmo will be in the hospital for weeks and will then need extensive physical therapy and constant care at home once he is released.
They have just lost his income and will now need to pay for childcare for Isaiah.
I have created this page to help them paid Te-Ahmo's medical bills, which will be well over $100,000, to help with the loss of his income, and to asssit in paying for childcare.
"We appreciate everyone who has reached out to offer help, love, and support. We know we have a very long road ahead of us, but we are strong individually and stronger together! Send healing energy!" - Julie Starr
I have known Julie since I was 10 years old. We were reunited back in 2010 has been one of my closest friends ever since. She and Te-Ahmo are incredible humans and parents.
Please help me help them during this scary uncertain time of serious need.
