We’re raising help for our dear friend Alex and his loyal companion, T-Bone — a dog who isn’t “just a dog,” but Alex’s heart, his shadow, and his family.

T-Bone has been by Alex’s side through everything — heartbreaks, healing, and every quiet night in between. But now, T-Bone is fighting for his life.

After T-Bone suddenly stopped eating, Alex rushed him to the vet. The diagnosis was devastating: two tumors — one near his aorta — and likely cancer. The cost just to admit him was $200, and the estimate for life-saving surgery and treatment is over $13,000. Without the funds, Alex was forced to take him back home, heartbroken and unsure what to do.

Alex is the kind of person who shows up for everyone — a kind word, a helping hand, a steady presence. Now, he needs us.
