Tazer is our 9-year-old miniature pinscher, and he’s been a beloved member of our family since my sister and I received him as a Christmas gift when we were just kids. We’ve grown up with him, and he’s brought us so much joy and comfort over the years. Tazer means everything to us, and we cherish every moment we have with him.

About three years ago, we noticed a small bump under Tazer’s skin. The vet assured us it was benign, but over time, the bump grew to the size of two golf balls and became visible over his skin. Recently, veins developed around it, and within the past week, Tazer began bleeding through the bump. He’s become uncomfortable, and two days ago, he tried to eat it off, causing it to rupture and bleed significantly throughout our home. We rushed him to the vet, where we learned he needs surgery very soon to remove the bump and prevent infection or further complications. The cost of the surgery is more than we can afford right now, especially as I am a full-time college student and my mom is a single parent. We’ve picked up extra shifts and tried to take out credit cards, but we’re struggling to cover the full amount.
