Hello, my name is Ta'Za Simone and I’m reaching out for help in the most important journey of my life — finding and reuniting with my daughter.

At just 12 years old, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Growing up I was a victim of sex trafficking and family incest. Due to the circumstances of my age and situation, she was taken from me shortly after birth. I have lived with the ache of her absence.

Recently, searching, I have found promising leads — possibly her whereabouts — and I am closer than I have ever been to seeing her again. But I now face financial challenges and I could use that stand in the way of traveling, obtaining legal assistance, and accessing the resources I need to confirm her location and make contact safely and respectfully.

This is not easy for me to share, but I’m putting my heart out there in the hope that others will understand the pain of separation — and the power of reunion.
