Help Taylor Return Home Safely

My name is Morgan Smith. I am Taylor Poynter's ski buddy. We are on a bucket list ski trip in Japan. Taylor had an accident where he needed emergency surgery and is in the hospital for an extended stay. We will need to be able to transfer him medically back to the United States. In doing this, we need to cover the hospital expenses, the helicopter transfers from Nagaoka to Tokyo, and then the hospital flight back to the United States and Bend. We have very limited funds available in the insurance that was attained for him. Anything you can do to help? Taylor appreciates anything you can do to help. It would be greatly appreciated and will all go to him and his well-being.

February 1st.

Good morning al, as of yesterday Taylor is making great progress and has actually been able to do some exercises and walk around the hospital. The doctor also gave us 10 tentative news that he might be able to be released in the next week to 10 days. We're hoping earlier is better of course, but big news on this end. He's looking good. He's feeling good and he appreciates everything you folks have done for him.

February 5th

We made it to Tokyo yesterday. It was a long day of travel with lots of ups and downs, but the trains went well. After suffering the never ending check out of the hospital, everything went great. Nice hotel last night. Breakfast this morning airport afterwards and we're all checked in ready to fly. Thank you again for all your concerns and wishes of good and prayers. Will be in Seattle tomorrow night and back home on the 6th.

February 6th 2025

We did it.!! Taylor is now safely home and in the US and there can't be enough. Thanks for everyone who is involved in donating, helping transferring luggage, driving cars, picking us up, making arrangements and all the love and thoughts that were sent for him. He is back in good hands and on his road to recovery. This is just day one back in the States. Again, thank you, Morgan
