My name is Stacy Jackson. I'm reaching out today because my daughter Taylor McLeod and her father lost their home with everything in it in the Palisades fire.

Taylor was home for winter break from veterinary school when she had to evacuate on a moment's notice with her father and seven animals. Unfortunately, the fire wiped away her home, along with all of her belongings. This was an all too familiar experience for Taylor as her home was taken in the Woolsey fire in 2018.

She is a second-year DVM student at Colorado State University and is expected to start her spring semester on January 21st. With this enormous loss and the incredible financial stress placed on her and her family, school tuition and living costs have become an even greater burden for Taylor. Her father’s business is in the Palisades and was also affected by the fire.

Please consider donating to help Taylor finish her second year of veterinary school and support her father while he rebuilds their life.
