Hi, my name is Amy and my childhood best friend has recently and suddenly been diagnosed with High Grade B-Cell Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a rare form of blood cancer.

Taylor is 27 years old and from Brisbane but is currently studying to be a midwife at James Cook University in Townsville. Her entire world will now be paused as she will be moving home closer to family and friends, and start her journey of chemotherapy and further testing.

Just before finding out about being diagnosed with cancer Taylor had just helped deliver her first baby as a student midwife she said, “this is what I am meant to be doing, it’s the happiest day of my life”. All of her friends and family were so happy and proud of her but now due to cancer Taylor will have to put a hold on her studies and fight.

Since her diagnosis, she and her family have been bombarded with information and worries so I’ve made this page to help financially support Taylor and her close ones through this tough time so they are able to take the time off they need to hold her hand.
