Tater has been a beloved part of our family for the past eight years. He’s our first fur baby, and his stubborn but lovable personality has made every day brighter. Tater is always involved in everything we do, and his strong opinions and affectionate nature have brought us so much joy. Three years ago, he was diagnosed with diabetes, and we’ve worked hard to manage his condition at home.

Recently, Tater’s health took a sudden turn for the worse. He stopped eating, and his kidney levels became dangerously out of control. We rushed him to the hospital, where he’s now staying while the vets work to stabilize him. As of 6/24, the doctors are still not fully sure what caused him to get sick. However, with the infection it has caused him to have kidney failure. The costs for his care are quickly adding up, with the ultrasound alone costing thousands, not to mention the fluids, medications, and hospital stay. We’ve already paid a significant amount, but the expenses are more than we can handle on our own.
