Tasha has been my loyal companion for 10 years. She’s my best friend, my emotional support, my constant little sidekick — and honestly, she’s like a child to me. About five years ago, we went through a long recovery after a knee tear. It was tough, but she never stopped fighting, and she never stopped loving me through it all.
This morning, I woke up and noticed her leg was badly swollen. After rushing her to the vet, I found out the cause — there’s a mass on her leg, and it needs to be removed immediately. She’s now scheduled for emergency surgery tomorrow at 7 AM, on New Year’s Eve. My only focus is making sure she gets the best shot at healing comfortably. I want to remain positive, and I’m hoping for a speedy, full recovery — even at her age. I know she still has so much life and love left to give, and I’m holding onto hope that this surgery is the start of her healing journey.
The cost of surgery, medications, and recovery care is more than I can take on alone, and I would be so grateful for any support. Funds will go directly to: • Removing the mass during surgery • Medications & pain management • Post-op care and recovery support • Physical therapy if needed
Thank you for reading her story. If you can donate, share, or send prayers — thank you. Truly. Every bit of support helps more than you know. With love, Zylania, Tasha, Tanner
