Hello:
My name is Tasha Perry, I am in need of a Village to help me and fight with me against this Ugly Cancer. I have never been a person to ask for help; however, God has humbled me to use all resources. As it is often said, Ask and it shall be received and speak it into the atmosphere.
As many of my family and friends may know, I was in remission with my breast cancer. At the end of 2018, the Cancer came back. I have been receiving treatment since then. The treatments have included Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy. In February of this year, I received the most devastating news that no one wants to hear. “The Cancer has now spread to your brain”. This took my breath away and shattered my heart! I immediately began vigorous radiation of my brain.
In the early part of this November, I started having headaches and became dizzy in the grocery store. I immediately went to the ER. Through all my fighting the diagnosis I received this time, took my breath away. “The Cancer that was in your brain is once again back. I can no longer do whole brain radiation because I am no longer a candidate since I have already tried this treatment. My doctor has informed me that Chemotherapy is my only option. We are hoping that with this new Chemotherapy treatment being offered, it will cross into the brain. My doctor informed me that there are studies that have shown there has been success with it crossing over.
There are other alternative treatments that I can try along with the Chemotherapy. What I need is pricey and I just can’t afford it. I am no longer able to work and I am receiving disability. The money would be spent to use for the alternative treatments that were recommended, getting back and forth for my treatments and appointments and any medications that may be needed that will be out-of-pocket expenses.
There is so much gratitude that I have for everyone who can find it in their hearts to help me through this journey. I have three children who all need me; however, my daughter is the youngest and only nine and she needs me the most. My two sons are older and yes, they still need me but my daughter is still depending on her mom. There is no donation to small and I promise you it will be used for my fight against Cancer that I won’t let beat me. It takes a Village and I am of course praying, trusting and believing that a change will come. I am so thankful for my family and friends that have been here with me through the good and the ugly. I would like to thank you all in advance for your help.
Lastly, it will cost nothing to share my GO FUND ME PAGE, so it will help with networking and increase my chances of receiving the help I need. Please remember to hit share. God bless you all and again thank you!
Tasha Perry
