My brother Tareq, a father of five, was shot in the head while searching for a bag of flour to feed his children.

Now he is paralyzed, unable to walk or care for his family. His kids are too young to understand why their father can’t stand, work, or hold them.

We are raising funds to cover his medical care, a wheelchair, and basic needs for his wife and children.

The family of Tareq Kassab Omar Kassab and his brother Mohammed are my friends in Gaza. I'm in contact with them via messaging and video calling and they have asked me to start a fundraiser.
