Hello everyone.

Last Saturday night, my cousin Tara (Pearson) Fugate very unexpectedly lost her husband, John Fugate, as they were preparing for bed. The cause of death hasn't been determined yet, but John was basically a healthy guy who loved to hunt and fish, and to my knowledge, didn't suffer from any major ailments. Their 1st wedding anniversary would have been this month on the 23rd. As they were still basically newlyweds (and John was only 51 years old), they hadn't taken the time to prepare for something as tragic as this, and now Tara is struggling to put together the money for a proper celebration of his life and the various other expenses that unfortunately are required at a time like this. John was a career police officer, serving St. Petersburg, Kenneth City, and most recently as a school resource officer for Pinellas County, so there will be a lot of people who will want to show their respect and love for this kind and humble human being. I don't think Tara would feel comfortable starting something like this and asking for help, so I'm doing it in her stead....anything will help!!
