Hi everyone.
I am reaching out on behalf of my sisters family, in helping provide stability in such a hard time.
Back in April Nicole began experiencing breathing problems that she never had before. A primary care doctor visit turned into a referral. After an x-ray and CT and they diagnosed Nicole with Interstitial Lung Disease. It came as a complete shock to us all. More tests were done including an EKG, Echocardiogram, Cryo-Bronchoscopy, ultrasounds, more x-rays, another bronchoscopy and endless viles of blood. Nicole was put on steriods and immune suppressants to try and stop the progression and/or help with the symptoms. Unfortunately even with the medications, her lung disease continued to progress. It was determined she needed a lung transplant in order to survive. Unfortunately she passed before she could receive the procedure she desperately needed.
In the midst of having to grieve the loss of her only daughter, Tanya, Nicole’s mother, has now been hit with the reality of the financial burden losing a loved one can take.
There are numerous expenses, that can not be met by one individual. Please help this incredible family. All the money will go towards medical bills. Every penny helps.
