Help Tanya Wheeler Rebuild Her Life after the Eaton Fires

Our beloved friend "Aunt" Tanya has lost her home and everything she owned in the Eaton Fires that ripped through Altadena, CA on January 8, 2025.

We are Kate Bridges and Jimmy Tartanella also from Altadena, CA. For many years, Tanya Wheeler has been a rock for our family showering us with support as we navigated challenges times while raising our two young daughters.

Tanya epitomizes selflessness, resilience, generosity and kindness. She is often the first person to show up to offer help to friends, family, colleagues and community whether it be caring for loved ones or pets, bringing home cooked meals, or helping someone heal from injury and illness through yoga and movement.

To say that Tanya is a yoga teacher is only to scratch the surface. She has helped Jimmy return to his body after debilitating radiation, chemo and surgery after cancer and does this for countless other clients. 

We know that Tanya will persevere and land on her feet but we want to show her how much she has done for her community. Please consider donating and/or sharing to help this gem of a human get back on her feet and start her life anew.
