Help Tanya & Tyler Grieve Baby Cheyenne's Loss

Hello, my name is ToniAnn, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister Tanya and her husband Tyler, and their daughter Sophie. It is with a heavy heart that I share some devastating news about their baby girl, Cheyenne Marianna Clayton.

After a recent ultrasound, Tanya and Tyler received the heartbreaking diagnosis that Cheyenne has two severe congenital heart defects: borderline hypoplastic left heart syndrome and a hypoplastic aortic arch. These conditions mean the left side of Cheyenne’s heart is underdeveloped and cannot provide her body with the oxygen-rich blood she needs to survive.

Tanya and Tyler were faced with an impossible decision: pursue a lifetime of complex, high-risk surgeries with little hope for quality of life, or allow Cheyenne to pass peacefully and free from pain. With immense love and unimaginable grief, they have chosen to let her go.

Cheyenne is expected to pass away this Saturday, August 2, 2025. While there is no funeral date just yet, our family is beginning to prepare for the heartbreaking days ahead.

We are asking for donations to help give baby Cheyenne a beautiful farewell and to allow Tanya & Tyler time to rest and grieve without the pressure of returning to work right away.
