I’m starting this “gofundme” for my sister, Tanya. Many of you know her story and how for the past 25 plus years of struggling with her health, after returning home from the mission field in Africa, she has finally started enjoying life again & even teaching, like she did for many years. She has faced many health issues & difficulties, due to being on 30 prescriptions medications for many years. She is currently facing numerous challenges due to major bone loss, (over 80% of her bone structure is destroyed), including losing her teeth, and much of her bone structure around her ears, causing hearing loss. She has sought holistic treatment after taking herself off all her medications and is enjoying life again, but not without living in chronic pain and discomfort. She has made a couple of trips to Mexico, per her doctor’s advice, and has benefited greatly from treatments from a wonderful doctor there who treats the whole person. This has benefited her greatly, but it’s time to return. Here are some needs she faces now: major bone grafting surgeries to rebuild her jaw which will allow for proper dentures, stem cell therapy to help restore bone density & reduce inflammation, IV nutritional & regenerative therapy to support her compromised system, hearing reconstruction & specialized auditory care. The estimated cost for this next phase of healing is estimated at $25,000. Needless to say, she cannot do this on her own. I am asking for you to consider giving any amount to help my sister, whether it’s $10, $30, or $100. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share this as well.

I would like to say in closing, my sister is one of the bravest souls I know. She still is and I do admire her strength. She knows where her strength comes from & would be the first to tell you. I truly believe God’s not done writing her story. Tanya could not have made it this far without the Lord and your prayer support.
