Hiya there, my name is Tanya and I have been chosen for a program called JUNIOR NATIONAL YOUNG LEADERS CONFERENCE.

I was nominated by my teacher for my distinguished leadership qualities and character, which is such an honor! This is a week-long program that will send me to Washington D. C. to learn how to work to achieve goals, identify future leadership opportunities learning from my peers and researching leadership in our nations history through this unique learning experience!

This program is not without it's costs so I am hoping that I can reach out to you all for some support in this area. No matter how small, every bit helps get me closer to achieving the funding goal I have for this week-long leadership program!

Tuition is $2495

Travel to and from this program will run about $1500

Incidentals, such as meals not covered by the tuition, any unforseen item replacement like toiletries, and other personal items, as well as the uniform, which is required for the participating students will be around $300

The down-payment of $500 for the tuition is due by Dec. 15. 2021.

I have plans in the works for in-person fundraising but have to get the permissions before starting those but I will keep youall updated on the progress for the fundraising goal outside of this GoFundMe!
