My name is Tanner and I want to be the Ice Cream Man! I also have Down Syndrome. Some see that as a life problem, but I feel it is a gift! A gift that makes me special! I get to give love freely and make everyone I come in contact with smile and laugh. I am also a leukemia survivor - over 5 years in remission. It's been a hard road for me so far, but I never let that get in the way of who I am or what I want to do with my life.

I am hoping to raise enough money to buy a small ice cream cart that I can take out in my community to spread cheer, give smiles, and sell ice cream to everyone! I want to work and earn a living and be a productive member of society, despite my disability. I am a junior in high school currently, but if I had my own ice cream cart, I could start earning a living now and saving for my future.
