Help Tanner and Friends recover from house fire

I’m Tanner’s Dad, Charles Eldridge. Tanner and his dog Kiki recently moved to Corvallis, OR to attend Oregon State University to pursue a Computer Science degree. He started a part time job last week and classes start next Monday. Last night, December 28 there was an electrical fire in the building he and his roommates live. They all got out safe but the building and all personal belongings are a total loss. We all love Tanner and don’t know what comes next for him and his friends, but any help would be so very appreciated.
