Tango, my cousin Eli's beloved dog, was recently hit by a car on Nottingham Way. The driver didn’t stop, leaving Tango badly injured and in need of urgent help. This has been especially hard on Eli, who lost his dad, my uncle, just five years ago. Our family has already been through so much, and the thought of losing Tango now is heartbreaking for all of us.

Right now, Tango is hospitalized and fighting to recover. She’s already had a blood transfusion, but her future care is uncertain—she may need surgery and ongoing treatment to heal. The costs are adding up quickly, and it’s overwhelming for Eli and our grandparents, who have found so much comfort in Tango.
