Help Tanesia Rebuild Her Life After a Devastating Fire

My dear friend, Tanessia, recently lost her home and all her belongings in a sudden and devastating fire. Just living in United States for 2 years she has built a life here with resilience and determination. Now, she’s starting over from nothing, and she needs our help.

Tanessia is a kind, hardworking woman who moved to the U.S. in 2023, in pursuit of a better life. She’s been working legally, paying her taxes, and contributing to her community. Despite being far from her family, she’s created a sense of home through her work, friendships, and perseverance.

On Monday, 4th of August 2025, a fire broke out in the building where Tanessia lived in Inman, SC Within minutes, she lost her home, her clothes, her laptop, her documents, everything! While thankfully she is safe and uninjured, she is now displaced, without basic essentials, and in urgent need of support.

Tanessia is currently in need of:

Temporary housing and rent support, Clothing and shoes, Essential personal items (hygiene, kitchen, bedding), Funds to replace work tools and documents, Emotional and legal support during recovery.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps her regain stability and move forward.
