Tandi has MS. Help her with medical expenses.

Hi my name is Monica Mitchell and I'm fundraising for my daughter, Tandi Vandiver. Tandi was living her best life, until 7 years ago.

Tandi woke up one morning to complete blindness in her left eye. Tandi went to the ER and was referred to an eye specialist. The specialist conducted many exams. He concluded that her problem was not in her eye, but in her Optic Nerve. The eye specialist referred her to a Neurologist. The Neurologist conducted many exams and concluded that she had Optic Neritis. The MRI showed Optic Neritis and minimal plaque on her brain. The Neurologist said that the Optic Neritis was likely caused by MS. However, her brain MRI didn't show significant enough signs to diagnose her with MS. Tandi did get some of her eyesight back, but struggled with her sight over the years.

Slowly, Tandi began having other problems such as pain, fatigue, depression, anxiety, tingling, memory loss, confusion, loss of interest in everything, loss of strength, and loss of ability to keep a job. She seeked medical professionals for help on many occasions. Then on January 1, 2021, Tandi woke up with numbness in her face, arms, hands, legs, and feet. I assumed that she was having a stroke and rushed her to the ER. A stroke was ruled out and she was referred to a Neurologist. After having a MRI and Lumbar Puncture, it confirmed that Tandi has MS.

Tandi has been struggling to pay bills, maintain personal costs and now has medical costs.
