I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask for help like this, but life has a way of changing plans when you least expect it. Recently, I had to undergo a necessary surgery that has left me on unpaid medical leave. While I’m focused on healing and getting back on my feet, the reality is that being out of work for 6 weeks has created a financial strain that I can’t manage on my own right now.

I’m a parent to three amazing kids—my youngest is just 2 years old, and I also have two older children who depend on me every day. They are my whole world, and everything I do is for them. Being unable to work, even temporarily, has made it incredibly difficult to keep up with basic living expenses like our mortgage, utilities, car payment, and groceries. I’m doing everything I can to recover and return to work as soon as possible, but in the meantime, I’m facing the stress of not knowing how I’ll cover these essential bills.
