My name is Lisa Marie and on Wednesday night, October 9th, my mom and stepdad's Tampa home was flooded by Hurricane Milton. They saw over a foot of water creep in and destroy their home, appliances, and personal belongings. Devastatingly, 80% of Floridians don't have flood insurance because insurance carriers make it so difficult and expensive. As of Saturday, October 12th my parents are still struggling to get water out of their house, and just now starting to uncover their necessary belongings.

We've contacted various organizations to assist with volunteers, meals, temporary housing, etc, but are also hoping to get your help. These are modest, hardworking Tampa natives who desperately need support.
