Diagnosed with diastolic congestive heart failure with thickening  and anklosing spondylitis.  A form of RHUMITIOD arthritis  the fuses the bones. Now as of 1/11/21 Fibromyasia. 

I have exhausted my life savings I need help so I can keep my house (rent)(car to care for me to and from Cleveland Clinic,  groceries , pay utilities. I have not worked since July 20 I don't know when I will be able to.

My mother has to move in as well the state cut her hours for caregivers.
