On September 6th of this year my mom Tammy Lenox was found on her floor, after trying to help her up an ambulance was called and she was taken to Belmond hospital where it was found her only leg was severely infected. She was transfered overnight to Iowa City and an emergency amputation was performed making her a double amputee. She is in limbo at MercyOne rehabilitation center in Waterloo, waiting to be transfered to a location more close to home. She will likely be in rehab through the winter. We need help to pay for her personal expenses and future medical expenses and equipment. The family is experiencing financial hardship. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tammy is home now and is unable to secure an income nor disability ssdi for now. Any new help would be greatly appreciated to cover living expenses going forward.
