Help Tammy and Scott Rebuild After Tragic Fire
Donation protected
Hi friends and Family this is Melodie May Favinger. My sister Tammy May Holt her Husband and children had a horrific house fire on 12/28/24 that destroyed everything.
At 8:45 am Tamara called me to tell me her house was in flames. I parked at Swatara Township building and ran as fast as I could to get to them, not knowing what to expect.
That day was a complete and total loss for their way of life, their home, cars, and more.
It took 15 minutes and their beautiful home was gone.
Praise God they escaped just in time. 2 of 3 dogs were saved but their sweet dog, Teddi perished and it breaks our hearts.
-I appreciate Zoe Barber for taking the reins to put things in motion for my sister and her families needs.
-I appreciate Malinda Bush for posting on Find Toby and FB to locate Chi Chi that darted after being saved (we found him before dark)
-I appreciate my husband William Favinger for all of his help today with warm clothing for Scott Holt and Nicholas and for also trying to find Chi Chi!
-I appreciate all of her neighbors that are just the best ppl with their help and support.
-I appreciate Robin Kleinfelter for meeting us at the Lebanon County clothing closet so they have clothing and shoes.
-I appreciate Dar Wanamaker from the Red Cross for helping with food funding, medicine needs and knowledge how to navigate.
-I appreciate Jodi Jarrett Smith and the American Legion Post 910, Peter Charles Moore Memorial for setting up a fundraiser on 1/10/25 for my Tammy and Scott from 7-10pm.
-I appreciate every single message to ask if everyone is ok or what the needs are. Our circle is amazing! Thank you!
***Cause of fire: Ryobi battery for a power drill.***
Take steps to keep your family safe by buying a fireproof case to store them in!
We know times are tough, any donation would be helpful and a huge blessing for them to get their life re-started.
With Love,
